Welcome to On-Ramp. This is the exciting early phase of joining CrossFit Free State. It is the introduction to the CrossFit and our blueprint for fitness. In the On-Ramp program we will give you all of the tools you need to be successful on your fitness journey.
On-Ramp includes:
5 1-on-1 coaching sessions on the basics of CrossFit.
Nutritional guidance to help you on your way to fitness.
2 weeks of group classes.
